黄凤荣受邀法国凡尔赛市政府，参加于2016年7月4日开幕的纪念18世纪捍卫美国独立战争的法国人民的展览，其艺术拼贴画作《自由领导人民》在凡尔赛宫公共图书馆展出，展览日期为2016年7月5日至2016年7月23日。这是黄凤荣第四次受邀出席法国艺术展览。

His Collage Liberty Leading the People was displayed on the Public Library of the Palace of Versailles from July 5 to July 23. 黄凤荣首创的艺术拼贴画《自由引导人民》，以彩色贴纸为主要材料，反映当代政治新闻和历史自然人文等社会元素，并进行碎片的有机组合，充塞于建筑和城市街景中，营造出富有时代信息大爆炸、大革命的气势，形成一幅崭新的《自由引导人民》艺术画作。
The collage Liberty Leading the People first created by Huang Feng Rong is made with color stickers, reflecting contemporary political news, history, nature, culture and other social elements.
